Walking in sunshine. Ahhhh…. one of my favorite things to do is take walking meditations. I love to walk and commune with nature, Mother Earth, my guides and angels. I do much of my healing work on myself and Mother Earth during these walks. I am so blessed to have such a beautiful countryside to walk through. Southern Wisconsin in the summer time is just the best. We have had ample rain and warmth. Everything is green and lush. And the bugs haven’t been too bad this year either. My neighbors are wonderful and allow me to walk on their property as well. I bless their crops and the animals as I go. I cherish being a steward of this land. Every walk and meditation brings me back into alignment with my deeper inner knowing. I feel grounded and expansive at the same time. Another benefit to my walking meditation is I am getting physical exercise along with my spiritual exercise. Some of those hills are pretty steep! My favorite one I fondly call “The Butt Burner Hill”. Whenever you can, take a walking meditation. Get your physical and spiritual exercise together. Feel your Heaven on Earth. It will be a retreat for your Soul!
