Feeling stuck?

I have been speaking with many people lately who are feeling stuck. They know they have more to offer, there is more to do, better ways to experience, and more of themselves to explore but just can’t seem to find their way to whatever that is for them.  We all reach points in our lives when we intuitively know there is much more to us than the eye can see. We feel a yearning to be free from the bonds that are tying us to a space we are no longer comfortable in. It may be we are in careers or jobs that are not fulfilling or a relationship that is not supportive of our expressions.  It may be a health crisis.   We all reach these points. These spaces in our timeline where we are offered the thoughts and or feelings that we are much more than we are being at this time. Then the longing kicks in and we can feel stuck.  We start to wonder what is going on.  How do we find what it is we are longing for if we don’t know what we are longing for?  We can get caught up in a bit of a circle of frustration until we realize it’s time to find what our Soul is desiring. We placed these self-check points in our time-line before we came into this life for the purpose of exploring ourselves more deeply when we are ready for expansion.  These check points help us realize when we have opportunities for growth.  So what do you do if you are feeling stuck and longing for more?  Be grateful for the awareness you are feeling.  Be grateful for the longing.  It is your sign to explore more of you. This is one way your Soul speaks to you.  Also, try a Soul Awakening Session with me where we will explore your highest potentials and propel you on your path of deeper knowing. Bye Bye stuck-ness.

Lesson from the Leaf

As I was walking in the back yard on a warm summer day, a big beautiful green leaf floated down in front of me. I thought “Oh no, it fell before it was time.” I picked up the leaf and I heard “Know when to let go”. What does that really mean? Many of us… Continue Reading
